Powerloop One Column Loop Layout with Media, Title and Excerpt:

Recommended Posts

pehja

I am unable to recreate the look of powerloop explaining here http://club.pagelines.com/pl-powerloop/

Where it says One Column Loop Layout with Media, Title and Excerpt:

What I see on that page is exactly what I want it to look like. But it doesn´t.

These are my settings

[powerloop_title align="Left"]
[powerloop_media size="thumbnail" align="left"]
[powerloop_excerpt align="left"]

And it doesn´t matter if i put thumpnail before title. So what have you done else?

You need to add the image before the title and set the title to center. You can see this by inspecting the code on the PowerLoop demo site.

I saw that two when I inspected and thats why I had to ask ;-) But thats not how it looks? If you look at the page it is align left?

How strange is that. But anyways after doing this several times i got it to work. But it is align left. Center looks wierd and not

what I want. But thanks för the input. Problemos solved!

I am using the Powerloop plug-in on my DMS website and can sort my elements by Postdate, but I want to sort the pages in Alphabetic order.
Actually the same question for sorting Flipper content in Alphabetic order instead of Ascending / Descending / Random options.

      Hi there,
I'm looking to use the Powerloop option to display my blog posts on our homepage – however, I only want the title (in a smaller font size) and the Read More button to display. Is there a way to do this? We had achieved it on a previous version, but I'm not figuring it out now (and don't know if standard settings have changed since then). Our homepage is www.frakture.com . Forgive me if there is a super simple solution! ;-)
      Thanks in advance!

      Hello,
I'm having trouble getting my Powerloop layout the way that I want...
I'd like to have the same layout as the question below but instead of an image I'm using video.
I have my media shortcode above everything but the title is still above it in my page and when I inspect it.
      My settings:
      [powerloop_media]
      [powerloop_title class="plHtxt" align="center"]
      [powerloop_content class="plHContent" align="left"]
      [powerloop_author class="plHauthor" align="left"] | [powerloop_date format="F j, Y"]
Another problem I am having is that I cant create space between the video and the content..If i add padding or an margin to my content class it adds that spacing to the video as well.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi there, does PowerLoop work with the pagelines page / post pagination section?
All I want to display a grid of 2 columns of posts using PowerLoop and add in pagination after say 10 posts - is this possible?  I've added the page/ posts pagination section and it says 'returned no output'. As a test Powerloop is set to show 3 posts - which it does but there are no page links to see the remaining posts - there are several more than 3.
      Many thanks in advance.
