Branding DMS Branding DMS section won't size my logo!

Hi Chris

 

I have just purchased your product above and have installed it (following your instructions) on my website http://sportsgallerie.wpengine.com/.  I have put a joke size image on there to see why it won't work as its not sizing my image accordingly, its keeping it the same size as the default.

 

I have set it up in Site Settings

Also on the fixed header on the DMS (and have removed this too)

 

But it doesn't seem to work!

 

Help please?  Clearly its something I am doing wrong on the grounds that no one else seems to have experienced this issue!

Hi, I don't see this section active on the page you linked. Also, I don't understand the issue you are describing. What exactly is the problem?

I have installed the plugin

reloaded "Your Sections" to add it to my sections (tick)

Gone to "Site Settings" loaded my Main Site Logo (jokeLogo, which is oversized for testing) (tick)

 

Logo remains as it was previously.

 

So, 

 

Now I go to Edit "Navi" where the logo is (along with the menu items)

Remove Logo (this just leaves text)

then Reload logo from Library (which is 494 x 252) Main logo at top of page remains the same.

 

I've then tried dragging the section to my "Navi" where the Navboard Logo is, but it doesn't allow me to drag it into that section.

 

Clearly I am doing something wrong

Please post a screenshot of your settings or create an admin account for me to log into.

You set the site image correctly, but I think that you are thinking it's supposed to show the image in the navi section? Branding DMS is its own section. I dragged the section to the header area of your page, and its working as it should.

Ah OK.  I wanted it to change in the Navi section!  Might need to find another work around :0(
