1.4.6 issues

I recently updated my WP site, did all of my plugins first, then did the theme. Site was working great until I updated to 1.4.6. Now my site is a mess. I did check the page design settings, and they appear to be the same as what they were before the update.
I deactivated all the plugins to no avail. I'm not super tech savvy, so please keep replies fairly basic.

Hi Patrick,

 

As far as I can tell, your compiled CSS file is empty, which I have never encountered before. Therefore, would it be possible for you to remove all custom CSS and also, disable all plugins and see if this resolves the issue.
 

If it doesn't, can you keep custom code removed and plugins disabled and provide login details please. You can do this by sending me a PM with the following info.

3. Your admin username/password

Updated to 2.4.6 today, took care of issues.
