DMS 2 New Selection Module - Everything chrashes

Hy,

 

i have a Website online since 2 years.

Now i want to make changes!

 

If i insert a tool with image function, my website crashes.

I refresh the page and every image is missed on the website, so i have to go back with the changes and everything works fine.

What have i to do?

No Help? So i have to say something about DMS.

 

I build some sites with dms and this tool is all other as stable.

In this time i saw some SCARRY things like this one..... bugs, bugs, bugs!!!!!!

Also the support i think is not the best, only over the forum. I post my problem (BIG problem) 3 days ago and no idea???? Where are the programmers of the tool???

 

We pay for the tool!!!!!!!

Can you provide a link to the site in question please. Also, would it be possible for you to record your issue, so we can see exactly the steps you take and what happens when the issue presents itself. To record your issue, I recommend either Jing, QuickCast or http://recordit.co/

So I have watched your video and the issue appears to be caused by your use of the Out of MediaBox section which isn't a PageLines product. Can you recreate the issue when not using the third party extension ?

I think this is not the only problem, i send you the following line via PN:
"i send you the record for our problem with any image plugin!"

 

So the problem is not only with the plugin out of mediabox.

Can you record the issue with all plugins disabled, remove all custom code you may have added and then try adding an image to a MediaBox again and see if the issue persists. As I don't understand how you can say this issue is no only with the Out of MediaBox section when on your video you already have images loaded using the MediaBox section.

As far as I can tell, the issue is with the use of the Out of MediaBox section which isn't our product.

NICE Thanks Danny - i think we have the problem solved!

 

If the plugin "out of the mediabox" is deactivate - everything works.

If the plugin is activated: no (NEW) image plugins work!!!!

 

So i have do find another solution.

Danny has now shared the video with us. We noticed that you had a lot of products in the DMS editor which are no longer supported by the authors.

We have not seen this problem with Out Of the Media Box anywhere else. If you could give us a login to your website via PM we would be happy to have a look.
