Scrolling effect

Trying hard to get the scrolling effect they use in the following site:

Any pointers on how to achieve this?

Hi,

Their using some kind of JavaScript, I can't tell from their site. I think the best thing to is contact them directly.

I actually figured it out, just gave the textbox position:fixed !important; 

And it worked perfectly. 

 

But, I had to play with the z values.

And now the whole section has disappeared... 

 

It's just blank, and cant even click on the button to delete the canvas. 

 

Any way for me to fix this?
