Floating Icons / Social Conflict with WP Touch

First, this is misfiled under Bullets because I can't find a topic prefix for Floating Icons / Social (nor can I find a sub forum under Products for the developer).

 

Anyway, activating Floating Icons / Social plugin results in a near-blank page on mobile on a site using WP Touch.

 

Here's the error message:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pl_add_options_page() in/nas/wp/www/staging/abbyreblog/wp-content/plugins/dm-floating-icons/dm-floating-icons.php on line 318

 

Please advise.

Is there no requirement for all developers to provide timely/any support for their products - or at least a response to a request for help?

      The title says it all. I checked out the forum and the last post about this issue was back in 2012 and they suggested adding in the <ul> and <li> to the post's html. That's already there and so I'm sort of stuck. 

      And I actually had another question so I'll just post it here. 

      Is there any way to increase the height of the excerpts and be able to put a picture underneath the Title so that it shows up in the excerpt? 
       
      and is there a way to delete the revisions of posts? I don't want to take up unnecessary space.

      I am putting together some Hero sections and I would like to know if there is any way to include an <ul> list in the subtext section.

      Do store bought sections disappear?

      I disabled a store bought section plugin ("Bullets") and all of the rest of plugins to do some troubleshooting. When I activated it again all sections created with "Bullets" were gone.
       
      Developer says "I believe that is normal behavior for any DMS section because it is a section that can be placed on any page - there are no global settings to save in the database".
       
      Is that so? If I deactivate and re-activate a DMS store plugin will I lose the content?
       
      Everything is up to date.

      Add <ul> tag before <li> removes bullets

      On the page below, I have a Hero section which contains an unordered list that with a few list items. However, when I add <ul> tags around the list items all of the bullet points disappear. If I remove the ul tags, the the bullets will disaply, but I don't think this is valid HTML.
       
      Any suggestions would be appreciated

      I have installed woocommerce but I am getting a serious display issue.  It seems that it is putting in <br> and <p> tags as well as bullets into the site randomly making it not display correctly.  I've removed any plugins and custom code and still no changes.  This is the last thing I need help with before I have a good portion of the site done but I am looking to get this complete and some help is needed.
