ms.pot missing strings

I am creating my own translation using Poedit and the dms.pot file I've found inside language folder.

 

I  was succeed with the process except with the words I can't find, like:

What am I missing?

 

I am using DMS 2 Pro Edition with a valid license.

Hi,

 

The DMS .po file needs updating. Our developers are aware of this issue and I will bump the ticket in our tracker again.
