DMS 2 What happened? (site blank after clicking no cache mode)

I was having problems getting a shortcode for smartslider2 to stick. It would stay, and then disappear after a few refreshes.

 

I checked no cache mode. 

 

Boom.

 

Blank site, can't get to anything on the back end.

 

What did I do?

 

What can I do to fix?

I was able to set wp-config debug to true, and that got me in so i could disable no cache mode.

 

But now every page EXCEPT my home page loads.

 

I get a 50x page w/ too many redirects

Hi,

 

You will need to install DMS Pro Tools if you haven't already and enable the Section Editor option. This will add a new option to your WordPress Admin Dashboard sidebar menu items, where you can remove the shortcode form the PL NextBox section. It is very likely that the scripts that slider is using is causing a conflict with the DMS Editor, as the slider works when I view your site not logged in.

So I think I've got that part fixed. 

 

But a bigger problem surfaced.

 

Some links in my site (even to an un-logged in user) now appear as though I'm logged in and produces a broken up page.

A few blog posts I've noticed it on as well. Please take a look at this and any help is appreciated.

Yeah, this isn't great. On IE and Safari, it sends you to a page that looks like I'm logged in (have never logged into the site in these browsers, and in the safari case, never even on that computer)

 

Firefox, it sends me to the login page.

 

Chrome, it looks like I'm logged in, even if incognito mode.

 

Whyyyyyyy DMS? Whyyyyy? :(

You're going to need to flush the cache from W3 Total Cache and then disable the plugin completely. This may resolve your issue, if it doesn't please disable all other plugins.
