DMS 2 Site doesn't work properly when in editing mode

Hello,

I am having a weird problem with my site, when visiting it as normal user, everything looks fine, but when i'm logged in  the site looks broken. Some elements are not properly displayed.

I've reinstall a brand new wordpress and DMS plateform with no plugins but even that didn't solve the problem. I run another DMS setup on the same server which is working fine so i've crossed out server issues.

 

 

It has been a few days, and despite of everything i tried i cant get it to work right.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Here are some screenshots of the home page which is basically the one who is the most broken.

 

As you can see, the menu is not displayed correctly and neither are the iBox and Flipper sections.

Can you send me a PM with the following information please.

 

1. A link to this topic so I know what the PM is regarding

2. A link to the site in question

3. Your admin username/password

4. Make sure all custom code i.e. scripts, CSS, less etc... are removed.

5. Make sure all plugins are disabled

Your issue is when you go to:

and login with the details you provided via PM, I am then redirected to a completely different domain - http://ugosimon.net

Therefore, that is your issue, why do you have a redirect ?

To login on the concerned website you have to go there : http://rank-ed.fr/lapagerie2/wp-admin. You shouldn't have any redirections.

Danny,

 

Compare what you see in the admin page with what a non-logged in user see and you will see the issues.

 

The ibox on the right doesn't display any images.

The flopper module at the bottom only display 1 news where you can see 3 when not logged in.

The menu is broken.

I will need to speak to our developers, it appears your editor-draft.css isn't loading all the CSS and that is why you're encountering the issue you have.

Ugal - Our developers are looking into this. However, I am unable to recreate this. Therefore, it isn't a bug as and is likely related to your server.

 

Therefore, Ugal"] & @[member="butcher can you both provide the following information so I can pass this onto our developers.

 

1. A link to your web host provider and what plan/package you're currently paying for.

2. Provide your PHP info, see here on instructions -

3. Provide your DMS debug information

4. When you're logged in and the template contains no sections or content. Can you open up Chromes dev tools and see if there are any error messages. If so, please take a screenshot of these error messages.

 Hello. My issue came up when I just changed katalog. I needed to make some order with catalogs and just moved stuff to one main catalog (one per site). And I just changed catalog for this one domain. No sql, no relative paths etc were changed. I've done it a dozen times with other sites with no dms.

katalog=catalog ;) Sorry for misplacing it with a polish name :D Ikm.pl wąs on a main serwer catalog and i just moved it to subcatalog to organise sites.

Do you mean you have moved your sites directory ? If so, then you will want to review the WordPress codex article and make sure you have followed their instructions correctly - https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress

Danny please...I've moved a lot of sites :) Ikm.pl works great for a visitior but DMS Editor got broke. Its very strange.... And I've got problem like this before... Aspersasnails.com for example... Also - good on the outside and broke on editor. Look at print screen.

 

I love working with DMS and paying for it. But something is worng :) Lets figure it out :)

Can you provide the exact steps you take when moving your sites please. As I have moved a number of DMS websites and have no such issue.

When you get the black/grey screen, can you open up Dev tools and see if there are any errors.

So hello again Danny. I just moved another site. Not much problems this time BUT DMS icons are missing.
