Can't update page lines or wordpress

Hi

I am getting an error message on my website http://lbsolicitors.ieit will not display at all there is just a lot of error/warning messages. I can't login into even update the Wordpress (version 3.3.1) or the pagelines theme I have tried disabling the plugins and theme but that didn't work. I am not a web developer so my knowledge is limited. Please help!

Do you have access with FTP to upload new files?

 

You can get the latest version of that theme here: https://wordpress.org/themes/platformthen unzip it and upload the files to the correct folder.
