Editor is broken by plugins

Hi,

 

the editor is not loading correctly when there are certain plugins activated.

Framework Version: DMS 2
WordPress Version:  4.1
Plugins in Use: contact form 7 (causing problems), dms professional (causing problems), pagelines updater, scrollnav dms, shortcodes ultimate, 

Server/Host: 1und1

Hi,

 

If this is the cause, then the plugins in question are causing a conflict, you will need to disable them and then contact the developer of the plugin.

The problem isn't DMS, the problem is caused by the plugins you have installed, which is developed by a third party and therefore, not our code. We can not provide support for issues caused by a third party extension.

Excuse me but "dms professional tools" is developed by you and your company and not by anybody else.

So, with only dms pro tools activated you are getting a problem? if so what is it and I will fix it asap.

      Hello,
      I've been having trouble unlocking the template section for past couple of weeks. When I try clicking nothing happens. 
      I've deleted my custom css and removed plugins. Im down to having only the following plugins:
      Akismet
      Contact Form 7
      DMS Professional Tools
      Pagelines Updater
      WooCommerce
      It was working fine before i have no idea what's going on with it.

      My DMS 2 site http://www.heart-stone.com/ will not save any new custom css... I can still edit templates and publish those but any custom css that I enter never saves.
      All WP files, themes, and plugins are up to date. 
      Any thought about what might be causing this?

      Is there a way to edit the custom CSS via FTP? I know I can edit the custom code in the Chrome editor but is there a file path I can use to find and edit the CSS directly from our FTP?
