Page drop in effect

There is a sort of page/content effect that happens on the DMS page load, most noticeable when using a fixed section above.  Occasionally, even in a plugin free site, I notice and occasional snag and the page content doesn't fully display or is tangent to the fixed area where some space is expected.  

 

Is there a setting to turn that effect off or what code do I need to apply?

Can you provide a video or link to a page where this is happening so we can see first hand please.

madskydesign dot com about page...doesn't happen every time and it may very well be a browser resource issue on my end.

I have refreshed your about page, about 30 times or more and not see anything untowards. Is it possible you can try and recreate it and record the issue. It could well be related to your custom code, but I will not be sure until I see the issue first hand.
