DMS 2 NextGEN Gallery causing timeout

Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot why NextGEN Galley might be causing the DMS framework to timeout? Anytime the plugin is enabled, the DMS editor completely halts. Please see attached screen. Then, if I power off the editor leaving NextGen activated, the theme only partially loads. 
 

I currently have maintenance mode disabled and NextGen enabled for anyone that can help today. If it loads correctly, please message me as it's likely I have the NextGen disabled to continue working.   I'll be happy to re-create the problem on request.

I have 100's if not thousands of photos that are migrated over from an existing install.  Guess I'm curious if there is a known conflict with NextGen, or if it's something related to my data. It also might be worth mentioning, there are not any NextGen elements placed on the homepage, however the second Screen shows how it's loading when the plugin is enabled.

I did assume there was a conflict, however understanding NextGen Gallery is a fairly common plugin I assumed it was compatible.  Here is what I found with my console:

I have seen NextGen problems before with jquery, could this be because two plugins are trying to load the same/conflicting files? Any suggestions on how to resolve the conflict?

I think the issue is some sort of fancybox plugin?
