Connect to Store in Admin

Hey right now I cannot connect to the store in Admin, 

 

it returns me "Could not connect to download. Reload Page"

hey sorry I reply this late, but mine is PageLines Framework ver. 2.4.6

There is no PageLines Framework store anymore. This is why you have the issue you have, you're attempting to contact to something that no longer exists. PageLines Framework is a legacy theme and can no longer connect to our store. All extensions in the PageLines store are only compatible with PageLines DMS.
