DMS 2 Gallery Post Format in DMS

Hi there,

 

Just wondering if there is any default formatting / styling included within DMS for the WP Gallery Post Format?

 

On screen it says 'Insert a WP gallery using the "Add Media" button above, use the gallery slider checkbox below to transform your images into a slider.'

 

I've just created a test gallery post following the WP instructions but all is does it put medium sized images one after the other in the middle of the content which looks a bit naff.

 

Also when you click the option to add a slider it doesn't seem to work.

 

Any info on what is meant to happen in DMS by default if you select this post format or what can be done to improve it and make the slider work would be great.

 

 

I'm my test site I'm using WP3.9.3
and DMS 2.1.9.2 with a child theme.

The website requires a password which I do not have.

What settings and how have you created your gallery as I am not having this issue - https://cloudup.com/cNVM4O9qlApThat was created by simply clicking on Add Media > Create Gallery and then selecting the images.

Thanks Danny, I didn't see the Create Gallery option, missed it completely - doh! - so was just selecting images with the Insert Media.  Many thanks for your help with this and sorry to have troubled you.
