DMS 2 Weird "PageHeader jump"

Dear Pagelines support,

 

I'm having a weird problem using the "PageHeader" full width - when inspecting the site you should

try clicking on "Home" then "News" and finally "Contact".

 

I've used the same "PageHeader" with the excact same settings, but it acts different. On "Home" and "News" section

it jumps, which looks like something with the scroll bar. But on "Contact" it works just fine ?

 

I've tested the issue with three different browsers: IE, Chrome and Firefox.....the problem appears the same

on all three.

I have viewed your website and I am seeing the PageHeader section act the same on all three pages. Therefore, I am not seeing your issue, would it be possible for you to record your issue so we can see first hand what it is you're seeing please.

You can use either Jing or QuickCast to record your issue.

By the way - could you try maximazing your browser......and then try.

Please use Jing or QuickCast, when the recording has been finished, the application will allow you to upload it to the web, then simply share the URL.

 

Also, not sure what you mean by maximising my browser, maximise it for what?

Thanks for your reply.

 

By "maximizing" I mean the three buttons in your top right corner of your browser. Try maximizing the browser

and see if it makes any difference. Pay attention to the scroll bar - this is the one causing the "jump".

When clicking on "Home" and "News" the scroll bar goes off/on - but clicking on "Contacts" the scroll bar stays on

and therefore does not cause a jump !?

What version of FireFox are you using as I am not seeing this on my site. Also, if the Browsers scrollbar is causing this then it is related to the browser and not DMS.

I've tried three different browsers all latest versions - both at work and at home....same issue!? Did you see the movie file?

I watched your video and that is why I am asking you what version of FF you were using at the time of that video. As I am unable to recreate the issue on my end.
