Newest Update Broke DMS Editor

I just saw there was an update. I auto-installed it and now the DMS Editor is broken. It doesn't load, I have no options and as the admin the site is broken. Regular pages show up but when teh editor loads, it all breaks. Here's a screenshot.

 

Please help as I really need to make updates for a new paid campaign that's launching.

batman Thanks but I have looked at this. 

 

This was just a standard update. Nothing changed on my site. I updated to 2.9 from 2.8 and now the editor is broken and I can't do anything with my site.

Hi again

I update now five test website and all works fine to me.

Please, you can try deactivated all your plugin for a moments and you see the editor.

 


Life is too short to remove USB safely ...

I did check to see if there were any Javascript errors and I got this...

Can you provide a link to the site in question and also, what do you mean you updated from 2.8 to 2.9, DMS isn't at that version number yet ?

You responded to a thread about flushing the cache. I will try this later today when I'm at a computer that can let me do that. I'll let you know.

Danny... Can't do the flush on the cache because the DMS Editor doesn't even show anymore. So unless I can access this from the Wordpress menus somehow, that's a no go solution.

Can you try disabling all active plugins and see if this resolves your issue. If it doesn't send me a PM with the following info:

 

1. A link to this topic, so I know what the PM is referring to

2. A link to the site in question

3. Make sure all plugins are still disabled

4. Your admin username/password

Once, I have this info, I can take a look. Usually, if a the DMS editor isn't loading it is either plugin related or you have added a script to a section that is causing a conflict.

This just happened to me on only one of my sites on a multisite (the rest were fine). I just cleared the browser cache in chrome and logged back in and it worked. If you haven't already tried clearing your browser cache ...

      Hello,
      I've been having trouble unlocking the template section for past couple of weeks. When I try clicking nothing happens. 
      I've deleted my custom css and removed plugins. Im down to having only the following plugins:
      Akismet
      Contact Form 7
      DMS Professional Tools
      Pagelines Updater
      WooCommerce
      It was working fine before i have no idea what's going on with it.

      My DMS 2 site http://www.heart-stone.com/ will not save any new custom css... I can still edit templates and publish those but any custom css that I enter never saves.
      All WP files, themes, and plugins are up to date. 
      Any thought about what might be causing this?

      Is there a way to edit the custom CSS via FTP? I know I can edit the custom code in the Chrome editor but is there a file path I can use to find and edit the CSS directly from our FTP?

      Using navbar section with correctly configured WP menu to display main navigation at https://elenaangel.com. 
      All fine in desktop viewport. Menu displays twice in hamburger mode. How to fix this please?
