IE and Firefox issues media boxes

Recommended Posts

Good Morning!

Just launched our site yesterday and I am thrilled to say, it all went very well.  Thank you for all your support along the way.

In viewing the site on the different browsers, I have found two issues, both on the same page, that appear when using either Firefox or IE.

This is the page - http://www.grid-logic.com/systems/

1) The picture to the left of "Advanced Manufacturing Technology Development" moves into the text area when you re-size the screen.

2) The picture to the right of "Materials Characterization and Testing" is only this size (i.e., huge) when viewed with IE or Firefox and the picture does NOT scale in size as I drag the screen smaller.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you and have a wonderful day:-)

Hi,

All your images are the using the same section to displayed and yet those two are having issues. As far as I can tell those two images are slightly different to the rest, as they have a align-left which gives them a float and this is what is causing the issue. I recommend you see if the options in the MediaBox for those two images are to set to align left and if so, set them to center like the others.

Please search our forums, before posting!

On my site www.modishmel.com I'm seeing the "blog post title" within the "pins" plugin section breaking words into multiple lines. See screenshot attached.
Only seeing it in Firefox. Can you help?

ONEPAGE has visual errors in IE, objects do not stay separated, and image elongated on next section.  Any Suggestions?  It is coming up with this error from Pagelines on site.

Site that looks great on other browser, are is rendered wrong on IE: http://foodfunded.us/
      We got multiple complaints.
The height of sections is way too high. Not sure which section is causing the problem, as they are in containers.
Or is the size of the images?

While most of us probably don't use IE, it might prevent professionals from getting client engagements with the PL5 tool, if the browsers don't have coverage.

Media Box not taking Google Maps input
I have the EMBED MAP code from Google (which I have done 100''s of times before),
I input it into the TEXTBOX or MEDIABOX SAVE it, and as soon as I refresh the page the text is gone (and of course there is no map).
I have rebooted, refresh cache, everything with no luck..it just will not take the google maps input...it will however take and save a simple text input.
      I am using WordPress 4.5.1
      DMSVersion: 2.2.1.1
      The google code is:
      <iframe src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d2602.466376170749!2d-123.11645494869879!3d49.286507879230314!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x548671828dbf1c61%3A0x489cbb919c49d6e!2s325+Howe+St%2C+Vancouver%2C+BC+V6C+3N2!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sca!4v1461869255884" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" style="border:0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
The website and CONTACT PAGE ( the map is next to the CONTACT VALRI text, there is a textbox and media box there) are here:

On more than one website I'm building there is a massive blank space after the content and pagination within the loops section when viewed on Internet Explorer 11. It looks like the loops-wrap section is about twice the depth it needs to be. Screenshot attached.
Can provide url via private message.
      WP version 4.4.2
      Platform5 Version 5.0.132
      Loops version 5.0.18
      Many thanks.
