Masonic Gallery Blog Post Text Disappeared

Recommended Posts

kellyc214

Hello everyone,

I built a blog post gallery using Masonic Gallery. It looks lovely but for some reason when I click on the photos, I can no longer see the text of the blog posts myselves. Yesterday, I was able to see the text. It's Mischief Night (night before Halloween) and I am confident that ghosts stole the text of my blog posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Kelly

Hey There,

Are you able to provide a link to show us what you're working on?  It's hard to speculate with only a few lines.  That being said, let me speculate.  ;-)

Usually post information should show up no matter what on your post pages.  I would double check to make sure that the post loop section is set up on your post pages because that could be the culprit.  Also, as with anything, always try to rule out a plugin conflict first.  Start with deactivating all your plugins and see if that fixes things and then slowly turn them all back on to see where the culprit might be.

If you're still encountering issues after the plugin reset/check then follow up this post with links/screenshots/videos whatever you can provide to help us understand and isolate the potential issue.

Thanks for posting!

James.

Hello Simon,

I was able to access the posts text via a click from the image yesterday morning and I don't recall doing anything material to the masonic gallery page. How do I add the wordpress content section on the post pages?

Thanks so much for your help!

Kelly

I also deleted the blog template that I had renamed and loaded a new blog template. Still no post text. ;-(

Hi,

When you go to your Blog and click on one of the posts via the Masonic section, it takes you to your single post page. The reason you have no content displaying is as Simon mentioned, you have removed the WP-Content/PostLoop section from the single posts template. So to resolve your issue, when you logged in and viewing your single posts page, go to DMS Toolbar > Add to Page, then drag and drop the WP-Content/PostLoop section to your posts template.

I kept trying to resolve the issue on the blog template page, when I should have been working on the post page. Such an intuitive concept, but means the world. Thank you Danny (again) and Simon_P for all your wisdom.

      Hi
      I have a map here http://www.iloveoffset.com/maps/
I want to add several pointer locations to the map, but when I do they do not appear.
On this map there are 2 pointer locations and as you can there is only one visible.
Earlier today I added 7 and could only see 4 so there is something odd going on.
My theme is up to date

      Hello,
I've been having trouble unlocking the template section for past couple of weeks. When I try clicking nothing happens.
I've deleted my custom css and removed plugins. Im down to having only the following plugins:
      Akismet
      Contact Form 7
      DMS Professional Tools
      Pagelines Updater
      WooCommerce
It was working fine before i have no idea what's going on with it.

My DMS 2 site http://www.heart-stone.com/ will not save any new custom css... I can still edit templates and publish those but any custom css that I enter never saves.
All WP files, themes, and plugins are up to date.
Any thought about what might be causing this?

Is there a way to edit the custom CSS via FTP? I know I can edit the custom code in the Chrome editor but is there a file path I can use to find and edit the CSS directly from our FTP?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Using navbar section with correctly configured WP menu to display main navigation at https://elenaangel.com.
All fine in desktop viewport. Menu displays twice in hamburger mode. How to fix this please?
