Scroll Spy Nav background colors

I'm using scroll spy.

How can I change the graduated background color of the CURRENT position?  It's displaying a graduation with a pink top color. I'd like to change that to #ffd571.

I've figured out how to change the hover color, the active color backgrounds, but I'm stumped on the current position. Once I pull my cursor away from the nav the pink background returns.
