Duplicate PL Signup Sections - one registers an email, one does not.

Hi there - I have put two sections of the pagelines signup on my website; http://dwelltrade.com ;

 

The first one registers an email OK, but the second field shows an error message of "please enter an email address" - when a valid email is placed in the field; 

 

I've deleted the section and re-added it in, and this doesn't seem to change anything.

Are the API Key and Mail List ID the same or different ?

There are the same...I will try a another API key - but the mail list will have to stay the same I think....any ideas realated to this? - thanks Danny

Yeah, it would appear that the same list ID can not be used twice on one page. Did you try with with another ID and see if this works?

I have also added this to our tracker.

Hi Danny I changed the API key and list ID to new different ones. No change in results. I also noticed that the API key and List ID are global settings, so changing either the top or bottom field API and List ID settings, also changes the other one. 

 

Can the global settings be unlinked? thx

I am getting the impression, you can only have one PL Signup per page. Let me speak to our developers and see what they suggest.
