Mobile view not working

Recommended Posts

Afternoon All,

Finally jumped in with both feet and purchased DMS!  Its taking some time to get used to, but I think I am liking it, major client migration though.... however, I am playing around with it (using your demo template) currently but with my content and it doesn't appear to work on mobile.  None of my graphics/formatting etc are appearing, just looks like a text site.

I've had a good nose round to see if its an option that i haven't checked but can't see what I am doing wrong.

carone.audentsmarketing.co.uk if you wanna have a look on your devices and let me know what I am clearly doing wrong!!!

Thanks in advance.

Don't worry - fixed it!  Something to do with one of the DMS plugins which I deactivated and all sorted

It was the DMS Professional Tools.  It wasn't just the mobile that wasn't working, when I logged out of the DMS this plugin caused a problem in normal browsers as well as mobile.

What version of DMS Pro Tools, as I have this plugin active on every test site I have which is now reaching the 50's and I have not once encountered this issue.

I am having an issue with DMS editor not loading.  Just keeps spinning and spinning.
Have tried several things - Logged in and out, cleared cache, deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists.
I even had our host restore from a backup a few weeks ago, when I know it WAS working, as I edited a text box on the homepage.  The restore from backup didn't help either.
Also, the front end of the site shows that the site is framed, or boxed now (whatever you call it), instead of full width as it was previously (last week).
Dev console shows that there are php errors in Google maps - file is attached.
Can someone please help?  Not sure what else I can do here...
      Thanks in advance.

Not sure exactly what is causing the issue. For some reason, why you view my site on mobile, the menu does not show up. It will pop up, but it is black. You can check it out here: http://dev.caryfbc.org. I'm also attaching a screenshot where I shrunk my browser down. Any suggestions?

      Hi everyone,
Flywheel have reported errors on my clients site 'www.racewaredirect.co.uk' and it's not loading. Can someone please provide some information on how to fix this? The site has never experienced these issues before.
      Thanks,
      James Wilson
