Fatal Error Line 14 in Eco Pro

Hello, I just uploaded the theme and activated and now have this error. Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_template_part() in /home/i420s0n/MARIJUANAISMS.COM/wp-content/themes/ecopro_dev/functions.php on line 14 Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This was due to user error. I was not running current version of WP.
