I would like to only display text in Flipper - or have the text on top and be much larger than the image. I am building a quote site so the focus is on the text.

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Flipper was originially designed to only show the posts image and not the text at all. It was only due to popular demand that the display excerpt was added. Therefore, there is no option to display text only, as Flipper was mean't to only display the image in the first place.

However, you can hide the image via CSS, if you add the following this will hide the image.

#site .flipper-item {
display: none;
}

Thanks for your reply. I tried the code but nothing changed (published and cleared cache).

I'll just leave the image for now and see if I can find another work around.

Thanks again.

Hi,  goviral

I am not sure  if this is what you are looking to achieve or not but this code will remove the image and link icon but will still have the link  hover color.

/*remove image*/

.flipper-wrap .flipper-items > li img {
display: none;
}
/*remove link icon*/
.pl-center-table .pl-center-cell {
display: none;
}

The code I gave you most certainly works, I tried it before posting. Are you when CSS loaded ?
