thank you for your help but i had try all 3 of them in custom css and plugin css but it still did not work.

I used the plugin call Sidebar Manager Light.  I am able to change the Menu font size, and the color of the title by added to plugin CSS.

.widget li { padding: 50px 0px; font-family: veranda; font-size:200%;}
.widgettitle  {color:#993300;font-size:18px;} even with this font-size it did not work

Hi thoinayezine

If I understand (sorry my bad English)

Please, you can try add CSS code to a Child Theme.

I use for this a Danny´s Child Theme, this works fine to me in all update.

https://github.com/Dannyholt/skeleton

You can install the .zip like a theme in your dashboard > themes > upload

You need activate the Theme and the copy/paste yours CSS rules in the style.css

http://screencast.com/t/sZXzimY7x

I use the Child because I read this after update the theme

Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications.

You can see the image

Also, you can take a look to this

If you want to change the widget title font size the code provided by @Aires should have worked. Also, are you saying that  you added all the CSS suggested at the same time ?

I have just this moment added the following to my site and it worked without any issue.

#site h2.widgettitle {
font-size: 40px;
}
