Hi there,

 

I have not made the move to DMS. I am not an accomplished programmer.

 

I went to get Woocommerce and the Pagelines plugin for it and I am unable to access the store.

 

Can anyone help in confirming my status please? I am sure I was a "plus" member.

The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

Is it a complex thing for me to transition my website to DMS?

 

What are the costs for those who signed up under the original Pagelines Framework?

 

I seem to have stopped being billed for the Pagelines Plus? 

 

I am sorry for all the questions, but I much prefer to talk with someone on the phone... not possible I guess?

If you drop our desk an email i will ask accounts to pick all this up for you. 

 

Just paste in what you have written here and tell them i said do that. They will be able to handle the billing questions better than i can on the forum. All billing and account issues are dealt with via the helpdesk and accounts team. 

 

Transitioning to DMS from Framework requires rebuilding your site in DMS rather than just installing DMS in Frameworks place. It is very very easy to transfer your sites content to DMS and won't take long at all and also we are here to help.
