/wp-signup.php giving a 404

Hello

I'm creating a WP multisite. With DMS theme enabled the /wp-signup.php gives a 404.
What's going on ?
And how does DMS work with multisites?

We recently ran into a problem with your PL Platform 5 plugin in our Wordpress Multisite installations in which we are unable to edit network users (such as making an admin into a super admin or changing their user dashboard colors preferences) while your plugin is activated. The problem doesn't present when we deactivate Platform 5 so anytime we need to add a super admin we need to turn your plugin off and then n again after the changes are complete.
Just thought we would mention it in case this is something you can fix or if anyone else is having this frustrating problem too.
      Thanks!

Of all the Items that is on Pagelines Shortcode, the Signup on the Settings page is the biggest miss, can anybody tell me how i can add the Signup Shortcode on a link my footer so that users can subscribe to my blog directly or better still to create the shortcode myself if thats possible, but instead of adding a new button somewhere down, i think its better to add the Signup shortcode to an existing link, Thanks

I am working on a multisite installation and had some questions regarding the themeing options. All the sites will have the same structure but each individual site would need a different h1 font and link color. I had originally thought that I would program/edit the parent theme to have a certain set of templates, font sizes, etc. and then that would feed to all the individual sites where I could activate the child theme and use the child theme to define the individual sites' specific link color, heading fonts, etc. So, what I was shooting for was:
Parent theme = shared by all sites
Child theme = specific to the minor customizations on a per site basis.
Is this possible? Am I misunderstanding how these would actually deploy to the different sites?

I have a grandfathered dev account and am unable to activate subsites on my multisite network.
Tried disconnecting and reconnecting account. Only main site is shown as activated.
Since pro activation has been off and on for subsites I added code to hide the pagelines watermark (bottom left image/link). Could that be flagging the account not to activate or something?
Network is on AWS Elastic Beanstalk, is there a port that needs to be open for authentication?
      TY
