I am trying to validate my site b/c we are having a navigation problem in EI9 (not sure if this is cause/effect, though)...and w3c validator is indicating a submenu error of missing tags. Is there a way I can access this to see what is going on? This is the page: http://beta.accessdata.com/products/forensic-investigation/ftk/ (w3c: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fbeta.accessdata.com%2Fproducts%2Fftk&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0 ) The linkedin issues I think we're stuck with... Thanks!

A few precautions for upgrading; - Backup Theme and Feature Options, blue button found at the bottom of both those settings pages - Backup all files and database - When uploading the new theme folder, rename it so that it doesn't overwrite the other theme folder, that way you can switch back to it if needed - If you did make hard edits to template files you will to re-implement those into the upgraded theme - Finally, once you've activate the new theme version, if the settings are default you'll need to click the other button next to the blue button to fill your settings with the backed up settings Thanks, Bryan
