wp-ecommerce pluggin

Hi - I have had iBlogPro for some time now and am extremely happy with this theme. I have just installed a shop plugin - wp-ecommerce which does not seem to be working properly. Do you know if this plugin is compatible with the iBlogPro theme?? I have been trying to fix it ALL day and nothing I do seems to work. I really do not want to abandon my iBlogPro theme.
