You manage the archive and category page via the DMS Visual editor when on the archive or category page for that post type.

So i have a cpt called "books" and i want to display a single post  "book" on one page via dms drag and drops with the section content/loop ...so ... How can associate this section to that particular single post?

When you create a CPT and add a new Book, once this has been published or even set to draft you can click on the view Book now in the WordPress content editor for that post type and it will load up that single post type in your case a single book type. You can then use DMS to edit that post types layout.
