How to insert Facebook Conversion Pixel on a page?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I want to track whether people actually register for a free report when using FB-Ads. FB gives me a conversion pixel that has to be inserted on the "thank you for double optin" page - and only there.

How do I do it with PageLines?

Thanks and greetings from Germany!

Hi,

This is something you will need to ask on the WordPress support forums, as WordPress handles your registration not PageLines.

Hi, I am sorry for my confusing English - it´s not a registration but an OptIn that is on one of my sites pages - the site was done for me with page lines. One page - the final confirmation page of the process (also done with page lines) is the page that i want to be tracked, so I need to put the FB conversion pixel code on this page and on this page only. In other themes I found that functionality (like optimize press) in page lines I cannot find it - could you help me out with that or is it just not possible with page lines?

Ah OK, if you want to include a script, HTML, PHP or JavaScript on a specific page you will want to use a hook. For more information, see our documentation here - http://docs.pagelines.com/advanced/hooks

You will also need to use the is_page() WordPress conditional function in your code, so that it only works on that page - http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_page
