line height issue in RevSlider

Hello,

I seem to be unable to effectively set line height in the text box for RevSlier. I have line height set in my </span>: </span></strong> <h3><span style="font-family: Helvetica; line-height:80%;font-size: 12pt;">Rures adquireret aegre adfabilis matrimonii. Aquae Sulis praemuniet apparatus bellis, et Medusa libere corrumperet chirographi. Aquae Sulis praemuniet</br>Octavius, etiam ossifragi vocificat fragilis catelli, utcunque miscere quinquennalis chirographi, quod pessimus adlaudabilis concubine agnascor quadrupei,</br>iam syrtes insectat verecundus rures, etiam zothecas lucide deciperetossifragi, iam perspicax quadrupei fermentet pretosius umbraculi, quod zothecas</br> circumgrediet verecundus suis.</span></h3>

I tried different percentages also used various em settings...I know the span isn't ideal and I also tried adding  a line height setting to the CSS Styling for the revSlider section...both in % and em and that didn't work either. As well, I attempted adding it to the custom css, under the .revslider-container h2.slider-text commands I am already using...

Not sure what else to do or why this isn't working. Thanks for any input here.

Thanks.

Hi @nadielp

Could we have a link to your site please?  a link to the page with the rev-slider in place.

Could you try removing the code you have added to the text input field for the time being (but make sure you back it up. Am i right thinking you added the code mentioned about to the input field in revslider?

Sorry Martin,

http://nela-pow.org/

Revslider is on the landing page. I just have text with only the necessary line breaks and no other formatting and yes, I added that code above to the text area.

Thanks!

Ok the way to do this is with Custom CSS.

.revslider-container h2.slider-text small {
           line-height:1.3em;

}

changing the above should work for you, if not, could you paste your Custom CSS here http://forum.pagelines.com/pst/

Please provide the link to the paste for us.

Hi Martin,

Thanks it appears to be working in the context of items in the <span>. It clearly works with unformatted text it is subtle with the helvetica 10 set.

Thank you once again.

      I have a problem with the typography settings. I set the H1 class with "font-weight: 300;" (Very thin weight), and "font-size: 50px;" (To have considerable evidence of my problem). Unfortunately, as you can see on the screenshots, those setting don't have any incidence on the site, Infact in the home page editor there is a trial title called "Text test", bold, and 26 px approximatly sized.
      Why the typography settings are not transposed on the site? Where I wrong?

      Trying to convert a site over to PL5 from DMS2. Can we use revslider? Can any portion of DMS2 be editable or imported through PL5?
      I'm trying to wrap my head around the new PL5 os, but things have changed so much it like learning a new software. I DO like the new UI! Great job.

      Hi
      I have a map here http://www.iloveoffset.com/maps/
      I want to add several pointer locations to the map, but when I do they do not appear.
      On this map there are 2 pointer locations and as you can there is only one visible.
      Earlier today I added 7 and could only see 4 so there is something odd going on.
      My theme is up to date

      I have a problem with the regular textbox in pl5, in this case, the text goes in that container, but it will hide som of the text, as if the container itself won't fit?
      Is this some kind of bug or have I done something stupid, never happend before with pl5 doh, can I do something smart about it?

      Hi Guys,
      I just went live with this site. http://bikenet.org/
      I can see the video background in Firefox, Chrome and IE on my computer as well as my husband's computer and my phone. So I am not able to see any problem.
      But, my client says she cannot see the video background in Chrome?? Any ideas?
      Let me know. Thanks!
