Subscription Error

My account is perfectly valid, but my DMS key is not working. I need to get this resolved quickly.

 

Please advise.

We cannot help with this on the forum due to it being account related. You would need to contact the accounts department via the desk by emailing hello at PageLines dot com

 

one thing to check though, are you typing the registered email int he email box instead of using the one that is already in there?


The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

if you can enable debug on you site and provide a link we can check this out for you but if it is affecting all your sites it would be account related and need to be dealt with by the accounts department. 


The answer to many issues can be found by searching in the forum before posting as someone else  may very well have had the same problem before you have.  Also, reading the documentation can help you gain a good understanding of how everything works.

Our helpdesk is only available Monday-Friday so you will likely receive a response tomorrow. I have just tried to view your licenses, but the system is alien to me, so its best if you wait for our helpdesk team to respond.

However, if the license isn't working its most likely caused by one of two things, the email addressed associated to the license has been entered incorrectly or you're using the wrong license.

 

Make sure you have copied the License correctly from your Account page - http://www.pagelines.com/my-account/

I've verified both. Several times. It's extremely frustrating. And yes, I have an active account.

 

This is the only site it's not working for, so I can't figure out what the problem is. I've re-installed DMS a few times, and installed the latest version. I've also turned on the debug.

"Subscription Error - Contact Support." I can't help but wonder if this is impacted by the changeover to DMS2 with older accounts like mine.

So you haven't upgraded to DMS 2.x? All your sites are running DMS 1.x and one of your DMS 1.x powered sites is having the issue?

 

Or is that the one site that has the issue is using DMS 2.x ?

I have two sites running DMS2. One is fine. The accounts worked nicely. This one does not. Which is what i keep saying. :: sigh ::

Send me an email which I have provided above, with the email address you need to use for your license and your license key, just copy and paste them into the email you're going to send me.

License works for me. Therefore, it has to be related to either a plugin or your server configuration.

 

OK, it would appear that you're using your License key in the DMS product license key field, when you should be using it in the DMS membership subscription field. So you're adding it to the wrong place.

I'm confused. There are only two fields. One for the "key you received with your order from Pagelines" — and this is the only key I have. The other is for the email address.

If you do not have three fields like my image, then you will need to wait for a response from our helpdesk team. You license works for me.

I really wish the helpdesk was available on weekends. A lot of developers work on the weekends, and it puts us at a standstill when we can't resolve simple issues like this.

      I've been having trouble unlocking the template section for past couple of weeks. When I try clicking nothing happens. 
      I've deleted my custom css and removed plugins. Im down to having only the following plugins:
      Akismet
      Contact Form 7
      DMS Professional Tools
      Pagelines Updater
      WooCommerce
      It was working fine before i have no idea what's going on with it.

      My DMS 2 site http://www.heart-stone.com/ will not save any new custom css... I can still edit templates and publish those but any custom css that I enter never saves.
      All WP files, themes, and plugins are up to date. 
      Any thought about what might be causing this?

      Is there a way to edit the custom CSS via FTP? I know I can edit the custom code in the Chrome editor but is there a file path I can use to find and edit the CSS directly from our FTP?

      All fine in desktop viewport. Menu displays twice in hamburger mode. How to fix this please?
