Removing the sidebars for a single page

Newbie user here. My default template is with a right sidebar, but for one page I want to remove the sidebar entirely and have the content run across the full (fixed width) content area. Nothing I've tried seems to work. What am I doing wrong? (Fish-Recipes.net)

Go into edit mode, and at the bottom of the page you'll see a choice for "Select Layout Mode (optional)". In the drop-down choose "Fullwidth layout". You can override the default layout on a page-per-page basis. Hope this helps. Chris
