Additional Gallery Sections?

Hi there,

Just wondering if there is another way to add a gallery where you can upload pictures larger than .5mb. I am looking for a masonry style thumbnail gallery that will open full screen images that are decent size (up to 10mb). This lad has exactly what I'm looking for, and I know he used Pagelines DMS to create his site. Just wondering if he used extensive CSS/LESS customizations or if there is a simple plugin he used. If so, how do you go about using a third party plugin and making it work with DMS? See his site here:

Thanks

Maybe the easiest way to do it would be to edit how the PopThumbs fit together? Could you maybe point me in the right direction so I can edit that?

Looking in the source code for the site you've referenced that sites uses http://codecanyon.net/item/justified-image-grid-premium-wordpress-gallery/2594251 which is placed inside a text box. I would image those images are added via a admin outside of DMS in the WP admin area so the 0.5mb limit doesn't apply.

You wouldn't be able to get pop thumbs to display exactly the same as that plugin, but you could move the images closer together using css. You'd need to remove the padding/margins and the frame/border which is applied to each image container as well.

If you've not used css before inside DMS please seehttp://docs.pagelines.com/customize/how-to-customize and  http://docs.pagelines.com/customize/overriding-default-css which will give you an overview.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.
