I turned off all animations... is there any way to get these to show over the other page elements?

here is the site:

Hi there, how are you adding the pop over to the image? Are you using the pl shortcode or html?

If you can paste a snippet of the code used for one of the images on that page I'll try and re-create on my setup, it could be a z-index issue.

In case it is the z-index try adding this to your css, seems to fix in firebug

.popoverzindex {
    position: relative;
    z-index: 999999;
}

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

Hi,

I tried changing the zindex with a custom class,

but it only worked for the top row, and then it stopped working after that. Strange.

yes, I am using the pagelines shortcode and adding the image html instead of the text.

here is a copy of the code I am putting into media boxes to get the desired effect:

    position: relative;
    z-index: 999999;
}

Hi there, In replicating your layout this seems to be caused by the media box section opposed to the actual popover. If you replace the media box with a textbox and paste the code you're using into there the popover will remain on top.

Definitely working using your code in a textbox - https://www.dropbox.com/s/hz693ifndmxqos4/Screenshot%202014-02-04%2002.01.22.png

Are you pasting the code in as you provided originally, without any edits? Remove any previous css you added which adjusted the z-index in case that's still taking effect.
