Twitter and FB logo in header or Nav Bar

Hi guys, I'm either being really dumb and missing something, or there is no way to have just the twitter and FB logos at the top of your site in DMS? I'm sure you use to be able to display theirs logos simply at the top of your site with framework, see attached. How do I now achieve this?

Cheers

Ben

Hi Ben,

This was an option built into the branding area of the previous Framework, this wasn't included in DMS but is available as a third party section via the store.

I think the reason this wasn't included as it was easier to add via a mediabox adding the link in via the html for the link for icon etc. However, Danny has also done a tutorial on the docs for anyone who wanted to replicate the branding icons like the Framework did using Font awesome icons, check out http://docs.pagelines.com/tutorials/creating-a-branding-area

I ended up trying something different. Theses seems to easy to be true, do you think there will be a problem with it?

I added this code to the name field of a links menu item <img src="http://curiousartsfestival.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Twitter_logo_blue2.png" alt="Twitter"> and linked it to Twitter. It works!!! If you can see any potential issues with this method, please let me know.

Cheers
