Share Bar Analytics

Hello,

I am trying to discover a way to track the social interaction that is generated on a site that we built using DMS. We inserted the ShareBar and can see that viewers are sharing the posts/article. Is there any way that we can track who is interacting/liking/tweeting/sharing the posts?

Are there any sort of analytics built in that I am missing?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

I personally don't use Facebook, Twitter etc.. (yeah I must be the only person on the planet who doesn't), but I am almost positive that Google Analytics supports social integration. Have you searched the Google docs ?

How can I get support on pagelines DMS? The product isn't that old and my skeleton themes aren't working and I can't get support in the same way?

I have a number of legacy websites that are running on the above version of Pagelines DMS, where the template has stopped working. I am using a skeleton theme to all of them. What do I need to do to rectify this.

Recently I noticed that the Social Share count were reset to zero across several sites I manage.   Some had very high numbers that some clients liked to see.   Can this be refreshed to get the old counts back?

After changing protocol http to https I have lost all count information next to the icon in the Sharebar extension. All counts is set to zero. Is there any chance to give number of sharing take back?
      thanks

I am having an issue with DMS editor not loading.  Just keeps spinning and spinning.
Have tried several things - Logged in and out, cleared cache, deactivated all plugins, but the issue persists.
I even had our host restore from a backup a few weeks ago, when I know it WAS working, as I edited a text box on the homepage.  The restore from backup didn't help either.
Also, the front end of the site shows that the site is framed, or boxed now (whatever you call it), instead of full width as it was previously (last week).
Dev console shows that there are php errors in Google maps - file is attached.
Can someone please help?  Not sure what else I can do here...
      Thanks in advance.
      -Matt
