SEO Yoast, sections and Rich Snippet Preview

Recommended Posts

Hi There,

In the Page editor you can easily make your own snippet preview and choose how you want the Snippet Preview to look like in google.

The great thing about this, is that you can manually make the snippet preview.

My website is going to be changed now and before I do that I need some information.

I am going to place the textual content (page editor) in content boxes and in other sections.

That means I can't set the Snippet Preview manually anymore, because with the content box and other sections there is no possibility to set it.

I wonder how you (members of pageline) have set the snippet preview for the pagelines website, Pagelines also makes use of Yoast Seo Plugin.

Hi there, if you place the content in to the page using boxes or drag and drop sections etc, you can still set the snippet in the page editor using yoast. Once you've got everything set up on the page as you like, save and publish then go to 'edit page' in the wp admin bar at the top. That takes you into the page editor and you'll be able to enter the yoast snippet in there and save.
