Slow to load CSS/LESS

I have been testing a framework site http://www.technoticks236.com as it is very slow to load and there are lots of issues, but one of them is the time it is taking to load the custom CSS/LESS.

 

This is where I have the custom code to reduce white space between the feature and the rest that you helped me with a few days ago.  Is there any way this can load later or behind the scenes or is there a way to speed the whole thing up?

any other suggestions - the team are really happy with the site, just the load time is an issue.

Unfortunately using a shared host that promises 'Unlimited' anything will be a bit hit and miss. You and 1000 other websites all share the same server and resources.

Yep, I was beginning to figure that was the case.  Still, is there a particular reason why such a small CSS/LESS would be so slow?

Which custom css are you referring to? The css takes 250ms to load as far as i can see.

That file is nothing to do with PageLines. Must be an external plugin.
