PlatformBase Import Settings not working

When I attempt to import platform pro settings from a *.dat file all I am getting is a white screen.


I uninstalled the latest version of wordpress (dropping the database) and re-installed with version 3.2.1 which is the version that is running on the source server. 


After that I enabled WP_DEBUG and with this version of wordpress all I am seeing now is a white screen when I attempt to import the settings from the *.dat file.


This is a fresh install of wordpress that only has platformpro 1.5.3 and platformbase 1.4.1 with platformbase being the active theme. The only version difference between the first site and this site is that the original site had platformpro 1.5.2 but I have only been able to find a copy of 1.5.3. The original site also has various plugins that are not yet installed.  The following is all I have done with this installation.


1. Install Wordpress

2. Enable multisite

3. Install PlatformPro theme

4. Install PlatformBase Theme

5. Network enable platformpro and platformbase

6. Create a new site

7. Activate PlatformBase theme

8. Imported all wordpress data (Tools > Import)

** 9. Attempt to import pagelines settings PlatformPro > Import Settings > White Screen

** 9.1 Enabled WP_DEBUG in wp-config and clicked refresh on white screen, reposting posting the upload file which returns to the same white screen.


Can someone explain how to repair this problem?
