Better iBox customization

Hello everyone

 

I am new to Word Press and PageLines, but learning quickly. Basically, I am a writer and blogger and have never messed with code. However, I am willing to do some elementary stuff, I think.

 

I purchased a Better iBox, which I am using to display clickable images to various chapters of an online book. The title and text is blue and the hover text is only slightly less blue. I would like to make the basic text and title a darker color to provide a better contrast against the hover blue - as the two are only slightly different. There is no obvious adjustment available, so I am assuming that you have to insert code into the box for Custom classes. Is that right? And if so, what sort of code changes font color? I am afraid of screwing something up, so please, a little direction would be much appreciated.

Any way you can provide the code to change the ibox icon from square to round?

 

Would that be under custom CSS or ibox class?

      Hi, How can i link to custom class on same page? 
      I have a button at top of page that i want to link to a section, with custom class "sec-vid5", near the bottom of page. 
      I've tried using these for link in button settings:
      domain.com/#sec-vid5
      #sec-vid5
      sec-vid5
       
      But it's either loading a 404 or doing nothing at all. 
       
       
      any help is greatly appreciated!

      Website URL:  http://bluelogicllc.net/texascenterurology/ Framework Version: DMS 2.04 WordPress Version: 3.9 Plugins in Use: Akismet, BE Subpages Widget,Better iBoxes, Dms Developer Tools, Select DMS, Professional Tools, Events Made Easy, Gravity Forms, PageLines Updater,WordPress SEO, WP-DBManager, WP Super Cache Server/Host:  HostGator   Details:  We are developing a new site and recently updated the site to DMS2 and all plugins were working correctly.  We then added a Child Theme called Nick's Base Theme and had to make some adjustments to the site, but all was good with the exception of the Better iBoxes plugin.  We had purchased, installed, and set it up prior to the DMS2 upgrade and Base Theme addition.  Now it does not give us the options we had before and believe it has switched back to the free version.     We want the boxes to be square.   We deleted the plugin and re-installed it, but it did not solve this issue.  When you are in the editor, the section title says "iBox linked to "Home Template" template".  Could this be causing the issue and if so, how can we fix it?   Thanks.   -Taama
