memamjomeh 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2010 Thank that is a helpful tool; however, I have been studying this problem for a week now and one thing i found was that compressing scripting would speed up loading time. So after a day of messing with that i realized that if i switch to the default wordpress theme my site loads instantly. When i switch to station pro it loads in 8 seconds average. cmunns 16 Report post Posted October 29, 2010 Yes, but compressing many parts of it would make it virtually uneditable such as the CSS files. I would try a caching plugin. Also, it shouldn't be eight seconds as we definitely spent time optimizing the themes to be as fast as possible and that is a near eternity. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
memamjomeh 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2010 I have one plugged in but it doesnt seem to affect anything loading time wise. Could you maybe navigate through and let me know what you think is making it 8 seconds because thats the average loading time =( Beautiful theme though!
