Ninja Forms...

I was revisting my site to redo from Pagelines to DMS and I had a contact form on the site... I created a new form with the Ninja plugin that was loaded with DMS and added the shortcode to the page, but it won't preview in DMS editor... Also shows 2 forms on the site? Is there any issues with the Ninja form and the latest DMS I should know about. I noticed there is a setting to add to page (ninja settings), plus shortcodes and an append page setting in the wordpress template??? Hmmm which way to go... still won't preview in dms anyway?

Helloooo... ninja forms don't preview in the dms edit window. I get the spinning ball endlessly? Is that correct... please?

Hi there, I've just installed and tested ninja forms and it's loading ok, no issues with the dms editor/preview using the shortcode option. The form doesn't show in the editor until saved/published and reloaded.

 

If you're seeing the DMS loading spinner, It could be that it's conflicting with another plugin you have installed. Make sure all plugins are upto to date, disable to see if the loader resolves.

 

On your contact page the form only seems to display once.

Yea the dual form disappeared. But I can't get it to preview in dms. I just updated all my plugins except next gen gallery (1.9) but everything else is updated. I noticed that you can publish to a page in ninja form setup, and or you can add shortcode to the page. There is also a "append" to page in the template in wordpress... I was wondering whether that would affect the preview etc. Hmmm...

O.K. I'm having all kinds of trouble with either this plugin or the new wordpress or both. Is the latest version of WP cool with latest dms? I upgraded everything the other day and I'm having lots of trouble... Site won't preview etc. I turned off all plugins and now the site won't preview at all. Keeps freezing in Chrome, won't update... Arghh!

They must have heard me... they had a new version (ninja) available which I downloaded. Works now... Apparently it wants to append the form to a page rather than use a shortcode? It dbl.'s the form if you add the shortcode... not sure how that works but maybe I set that at the beginning and it won't turn off??? The append to page shows up in the wp template section on all pages. Hmmm
