Postloop Blank?

I have many posts I want to show but I can't figure out the blog page. I add postloop but no posts will show? I have over 100 posts I made up! What do I do to make them show up?

 

I am thinking of using this for my business site but want to use when I feel comfortable.

What page are you adding the Content/PostLoop section too ?

If you're using Static pages and are attempting to display your posts on the your Front Page, then this wont work, as the Static Page is a static page and therefore the postloop will not work, that section will only display what you have for that pages content.
