Teammate link options

Everyone loves the Teammate section (me too). Maybe it could be improved:
- add field for blog link (like external link). Blog link would be to somewhere like /author/sam/
- it would be great if additional links could be added, or multiple of each one, like a drop down instead of pre-made fields. And I could add my own images so I could use the favicon from Zillow for that profile link, for example (upload to media library and input that as the image for that link)
