Creating a website database

Just wondering if this is possible with DMS. I am trying to create a website that anyone can go and view but the customers have a login ID and password and they can basically watch their product being repaired showing what steps its gone through and then I need the owners of the site to have a login Id and password but their side of the database is basically like trouble tickets, customer information, waivers, current jobs, calendar. Not sure if this is possible and if it is what steps do I go about doing to make it happen? Thanks in advance guys!

For something like this, you will most certainly want to look at the Wordpress plugin repository, I am not aware of any such plugin unfortunately.

You might need to integrate more than one plugin to get all the features you want.
