Cannot post in the Techincal Support (Personal, Business & Developer) Forum?

Hi 

 

I have a DMS developer licence but I am not able to start a new topic in the Techincal Support (Personal, Business & Developer) section of the forum?

 

I have tried completely logging out and back in again but this isn't helping.

HI Allan,

 

Please try the following:

 

1. Logout of the support forum

2. Clear your browsers cookies, history etc..

3. Login to your Account page here - http://pagelines.com/my-account

4. By doing this, your accounts should sync, then proceed to login to the forums and see if you have access to the Pro forums.

 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our helpdesk who will be able to assist you - hello at pagelines dot com

OK, if that didn't work then its likely that you're using two different email addresses. Either way, our team on the helpdesk will be able to resolve your issue.

      [resolved] Simple:Press bootstrap uploader issue

      I'm using the Simple:Press forum plugin and the forum has its own plugins, and one that is not running properly is the file uploader. Simple:Press says it's due to a conflict with bootstrap, and they suggest that I edit the theme and make sure bootstrap is loaded before the jQuery-UI core library.
       
      My website: http://www.weaversguildmn.org. The page is this: http://www.weaversguildmn.org/forum The theme is pagelines framework running on wordpress 3.8.
       
      I'm a beginner. Can someone explain step by step, how to edit the page's theme so that bootstrap loads before the jquery-ui..?

      I have stopped receiving email notifications from the forum from topics I follow or participate in. Has anyone else experienced the same or know why.

      Missing DMS tools in toolbar.  I uploaded UPdater as a plugin in WP admin, activated it and then added license next to DMS club membership and activated it but still no Developer Tools in the DMS toolbar on the front end.... (custom then preview no developer tools in between on toolbar in DMS front end(. Any other ideas?
