Link not available on Pagelines site

I am trying to get the information from the following link (http://www.pagelines.com/store/plugins/browser-css/) on your website www.pagelines.com but when I click on it I get a 404 error.

 

Please help.

You can download the DMS Pro Tools plugins from your account, which includes Browser Specific CSS.

I think my account is setup wrong.  I have been unable to access the store through my Pagelines dashboard.  Am I required to upgrade to DMS?  Is that why I cannot bring it up.  Also, I purchased a developer license and it won't let me post in that forum Technical Support (Personal, Business, & Developer).  It only allows me to post in the Technical Support (Free version).  Could this be part of the problem?

Thanks.  I sent an email to that address.  Also, when DMS came out was my version of Pagelines retired (version 2.4.4)?  Are we required to upgrade to DMS?  I don't have DMS installed on my site.  Will that plugin work for me?

PageLines Framework 2.4.4 is still supported and you can still use this to create your sites.
