larrojas  Looks like the LESS file isn't compiling. In the DMS Toolbox go to Settings --> Resets and flush the cache there. See if that works.

Hi Ellen,

Thanks a lot.

I follow your procedure. it seems that is working however, when I work in chrome that menu remains vertical when should be horizontal.

larrojas Great, half way there :)

In Chrome, try clearing the browsing data. Also, try logging out and back in to your website.

Thank you. I've just done that following your instructions but the problem still there.

It doesn't prevent me from working but it doesn't suppose to work like that. If you have any other solution I would appreciate.

By the way, I've noticed that I am not able to see the menus in chrome when editing. in the picture you can see the fixed NavBar and Hero-Nav can't be seen but just an icon that opens with a click. But in other browsers and in chrome when I am not editing it looks good. Maybe what is causing this problem is the same of Filtering. Any help? now this makes hard to edit.

Thanks

Luis

larrojas Hmm, looks like you have a plugin conflict with the DMS Editor, that's why the navigation isn't displaying properly either. Check out the tips on troubleshooting http://docs.pagelines.com/support-troubleshooting/common-issues. Try deactivating all plugins and see if the issue is still there with the navigation menu. If everything displays correctly, reactivate a plugin and check to see if still okay till you find the plugin that causes the issue.

Let me know what you find.

larrojas I might have found the problem -- check this thread out on Hero Nav http://forum.pagelines.com/topic/31517-hero-nav-not-receiving-auto-updates/. The older version of Hero Nav was causing problems so make sure you have the most recent version.

Ellen,

You are great. The Hero Nav was the problem. Now it seems that I can edit. The version of Hero Nav I have is 1.2.3 and i thought this was the last version.

Anyway, I will re-activate the plugins again.

Thanks a lot

Luis

      Hi,
I'm currently using the Filtering plugin on a website that is not yet live (http://www.RetroLeaders.com/ - currently hidden by a "Coming Soon" plugin) however after updating to the most recent version of Wordpress and DMS the Filtering plugin has stopped working and is causing DMS to display the never ending load icon.
Inspecting the code for errors I see the following problems:
      . jquery.isotope.min.js?ver=1.7.4:11 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'opera' of undefined (anonymous function) @ jquery.isotope.min.js?ver=1.7.4:11 (anonymous function) @ jquery.isotope.min.js?ver=1.7.4:11 (index):66 Uncaught TypeError: mycontainer.isotope is not a function (anonymous function) @ (index):66 jQuery.Callbacks.fire @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3143 jQuery.Callbacks.self.fireWith @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3255 jQuery.extend.ready @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3467 completed @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.2:3498
Can you please check if everything is working properly and provide an update if necessary? The filtering function is a crucial part of my web design and we cannot go live without it!
Please let me know what you find.
      Best,
      - Josiah

      Ellen,

What version number is the latest for the Filtering section?  I have version 1.6 and hope that I'm up-to-date.  If there's a new version, how do I get the latest update and do I have to pay again?

      Thanks,

Hi, I found out that if I go to the archive of a tag e.g. http://mysite/?tag=lotd , it doesn't work. It doesn't show the correct posts tagged with lotd, --but it works for categories. It only works when I use WP Content. How do I display this using Postpins?
And is it possible to create a different archive page for only a particular category?

      Hello, PageLines!
I have a problem I'm running into with trying to get a featured image (in a WP loop) to display as a circle. I'm using the filtering plugin, too. Here's the image I'm trying to show displayed as a circle:
      [sharedmedia=core:attachments:2460]   I've tried adding:   .filtering-image center {   border-radius: 50%;  }
I think I just have the wrong tag, but I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas?
